Those inns are as follows: Laura Hotel, Cypria Bay Hotel and Cypria Maris Hotel.
Chief manager of hoteliers of the city, Euripides Loizides, shares his opinion. He regards this as an auspicious step. Initially Hotel Laura was bought by Hong Kong business sponsor, but they didn’t have enough funds. The investor from Israel has purchased this and two more hotels. In general it’s a good sign for the city of Paphos.
The announced cost of this uptake made by Israeli Chain of Fattal and company of ISSTA, amounts to nearly €80 mln.
Cypria Bay offers many conveniences for its customers. There are pools for swimming, room for fitness, eating rooms; besides, every suite faces sea. Cypria Maris Hotel is now experiencing renovation. Among its facilities are tennis game court, pools and 4 restaurants.
Hotel of Laura is remarkable for its wonderful public areas, gorgeous water park, spa, pools and 2 restaurants.
As “Globes” goes, this acquisition builds a part of expansion strategy of ISSTA and Fattal. Last year, municipality of Paphos was connected with Israeli Herzliya, which is residence of many rich people.
The management of hotels will be provided by Fattal. Together with ISSTA it will care for holiday packages for residents of Israel.
The Chain of Fattal Hotel is the largest one in Israel. It manages eighty-five hotels throughout Europe. Berlin was the first city where it began opening its hotel facilities. Afterwards it extended to such countries as Switzerland, Hungary, Austria, Slovenia and Scotland.
David Fattal, general manager of Fattal Chain, is sure that the acquisition would give a good opportunity for Israeli tourists to have access to various vacation options of Paphos hotels.
